Each session will flow through yoga poses to improve mobility, followed by targeted weight exercises to build strength, support joint health, and maintain essential bone density.

      Start the new year by building resilience in the often-overlooked elbows and wrists. This session focuses on strengthening and protecting these small but vital joints through targeted weight exercises and yoga postures that increase flexibility and reduce strain.
    • Jan 8 – Feet & Ankles
      Strengthen your foundation by focusing on foot and ankle health. Yoga postures will improve balance and flexibility, while weights help build strength to support better movement and prevent injury. Perfect for enhancing stability and overall lower body function.
    • Jan 15 – TMJ
      This unique session will focus on the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), relieving tension in the jaw and neck through gentle yoga techniques. Learn how to release stress and prevent jaw discomfort with yoga postures and mindfulness.

Got Questions About Ink & Inspiration? Here Are the Answers!

I know deciding to take the leap and join a book publishing program is a big step, and you might have a few questions before jumping in. With Ink & Inspiration starting next week, I wanted to take a moment to answer some of the most common questions I’ve been receiving.

1. Do I have to attend all the classes?

Life is busy—I get it! While attending live sessions is a great way to engage with the community and get real-time feedback, all our sessions are recorded and available to watch at your convenience. So, if you can’t make it to a session, no worries—you’ll still have access to all the content.

2. Are the Monday and Thursday classes the same?

No, the Monday and Thursday classes cover different topics. The different time slots are designed to accommodate your schedule, as I know not everyone can always make all daytime or all evening sessions! This flexibility ensures you can always participate, no matter your commitments, and you can watch the replays of the classes you can’t attend.

3. Do I need any writing experience?

Absolutely not. Ink & Inspiration is designed to guide you through every step of the writing  & publishing process, whether you’re just starting or have been writing for years. We’ll cover everything from outlining and planning to writing and editing to marketing and launching. All you need is the passion to tell your story, and I’ll help you with the rest!

4. What if writing a book is something I’ve always wanted to do, but I don’t know where to start?

That’s exactly what this program is for! If you’ve been dreaming of writing a book but don’t know where to begin, this is the perfect place to start. I’ll walk you through the basics of choosing your book niche, outlining, and building your platform. 5. Is the virtual writing group basically the same thing as this course?

No, the virtual writing group and Ink & Inspiration are two separate experiences. While the virtual writing group focuses on regular writing sprints, sharing, and accountability … Ink & Inspiration is a structured publishing course. In this course, you’ll receive in-depth guidance on writing, editing, marketing, and publishing your book. However, as part of Ink & Inspiration, you do get access to the virtual writing group for ongoing support!

6. I’m not sure if I’m ready. Will you offer this course again?

In these immersive sessions, we will explore ways to incorporate chair yoga into your practice. Whether you want to teach chair-based yoga classes, or you want to incorporate the chair into your regular practice, there will be something for everyone in this workshop.

I believe that every single yoga teacher should know how to instruct a student in a chair and help them navigate class in an accessible and compassionate way. Yoga is an individual journey, even though we often practice as a group. My hope is that this workshop will help you learn the basics of chair yoga so you have the confidence to assist a student in class who may need a different way of doing yoga. 

There is already too much of a stigma around yoga that you have to be skinny and bendy, and able to get into impossible poses to participate. That is most certainly not true. Remember, asana is only one limb of yoga, and is often the first way folks experience it.  If we can make it more accessible to everyone, we have an opportunity to raise the collective vibration of the Universe, and allow individuals to THRIVE.
