Brain injury recovery is a journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone. Our Healing Circle is more than a support group—it’s a guided, empowering space where we come together each month for facilitated discussions on topics that deeply impact our healing.
Each session is designed to provide insight, encouragement, and connection, helping you navigate life beyond your injury with strength and hope.
This six-month circle is open to survivors and caregivers at any stage of recovery, offering a supportive and uplifting community where we can share, learn, and grow together.

What is Reiki? Reiki is an ancient art of healing first practiced in 1922 by Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist. The practice eventually spread to the western world and morphed into what is known as “Western Reiki” techniques. You can read more HERE.
What you’ll learn in this training:
Learn the original Usui system of Reiki—You will learn in a comprehensive, traditional way, using a structured three-step process for self-Reiki and a five-step process for giving Reiki to someone else.
Develop a life-long practice to heal yourself—You’ll leave with a personal healing and self-care practice you can use to manage chronic pain, anxiety, depression, etc. and to create an energizing daily practice.
Learn how to share it with others—Help you friends or family or may be feeling anxious, depressed, or struggling with chronic pain/illness.

About Amy
Amy is an award-winning author, keynote speaker, and educator dedicated to wellness, healing, and self-discovery. A Reiki Master since 2020, she integrates energy healing with her extensive background in yoga and mindfulness. She holds a 200-hour RYT certification with specialties in trauma-informed yoga, Yoga for All, LoveYourBrain Yoga, and Chair Yoga. Additionally, she is certified in Mindfulness, Chakra Alchemy, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
Amy is the author of The Chair Yoga Pocket Guide and Life With a Traumatic Brain Injury: Finding the Road Back to Normal and hosts the podcasts Creating Wellness From Within and Faces of TBI. I know deciding to take the leap and join a book publishing program is a big step, and you might have a few questions before jumping in. With Ink & Inspiration starting next week, I wanted to take a moment to answer some of the most common questions I’ve been receiving.
1. Do I have to attend all the classes?
Life is busy—I get it! While attending live sessions is a great way to engage with the community and get real-time feedback, all our sessions are recorded and available to watch at your convenience. So, if you can’t make it to a session, no worries—you’ll still have access to all the content.
2. Do I need any writing experience?
Absolutely not. Ink & Inspiration is designed to guide you through every step of the writing & publishing process, whether you’re just starting or have been writing for years. We’ll cover everything from outlining and planning to writing and editing to marketing and launching. All you need is the passion to tell your story, and I’ll help you with the rest!
3. What if writing a book is something I’ve always wanted to do, but I don’t know where to start?
That’s exactly what this program is for! If you’ve been dreaming of writing a book but don’t know where to begin, this is the perfect place to start. I’ll walk you through the basics of choosing your book niche, outlining, and building your platform. By the end of the program, you’ll have a clear plan and the confidence to bring your dream to life.
4. I’m not sure if I’m ready. Will you offer this course again?
I understand the feeling of uncertainty, but here’s the thing—if writing a book is on your heart, there’s no better time than now. While I do plan to offer the course again at sometime in the future, there’s no guarantee the schedule or availability will work as perfectly as it does this time.
