Dec 10 – Mindfulness and the Brain
Dec 17 – Breathwork and the Parasympathetic Nervous System
Dec 31 – Basics of Meditation and Yoga Nidra
Jan 7 – The Vagus Nerve
Jan 14 – Yoga, the Brain, and Sleep
Jan 21 – The Cerebellum and Balance
Jan 28 – Yoga for Chronic Pain

All sessions will be live via Zoom, with a recording available within 24 hours after each session.
