I am Amy Zellmer, and I am passionate about helping others find their own wellness from within.

After suffering a traumatic brain injury in 2014, I had to learn how to be my own advocate, and to turn within myself to truly transform my healing and recovery. 

I work with individuals who have chronic pain or injuries, or who just simply want to start a healthier lifestyle for themselves. 

It’s easy to stop taking care of ourselves when our energy reserves are depleted from living with constant fatigue, pain, or chronic stress, yet … self-care is the most critical part of our healing process. 

Many of us simply need someone to hold us accountable and show us the process of good self-care hygiene and teach us the tools that we can use to take care of ourselves, even when we’re not feeling up to it.

Wellness Challenge

Wellness Program

Additionally, I have a six-month Inspired Wellness Program in which you will receive monthly 1:1 calls with me, monthly group mastermind meetings, and weekly self-care modules to work on from the comfort of your home. Additionally, “Amy’s Wellness Program” will be launching in Spring of 2021.

Private Sessions

Of course, you can also work privately with me 1:1 to take your wellness to a whole new level.  We will use a number of different techniques, and focus directly on you and your goals. We can plan meeting times that fit into your existing schedule and will meet virtually via zoom. Single sessions or bundles available.
